Refund policy
At K Source Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products and comply with Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you carefully read the below before making a purchase.
You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a product is visibly damaged, you should refuse delivery where possible and contact our Customer Service team immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. This includes ordering the incorrect part or vehicle model, selecting the wrong vehicle at checkout, no longer requiring the product, or determining the product is not suitable after purchase. Products that have been fitted, installed or used cannot be returned. Please ensure you carefully confirm vehicle compatibility before purchasing.
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with your order number, clear photos of the issue and a brief description of the problem. We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If the issue is determined to be a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If the issue is determined to be a minor failure, we may choose to repair or replace the product. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
In limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may agree to accept a return that is not faulty. If approved, the item must be unused, in original condition and include all packaging and components. The item must not have been fitted or installed, and return shipping will be at your expense. A $25 restocking fee per item will apply to approved discretionary returns. This fee covers inspection, handling and repackaging costs, as returned cartons are often not suitable for resale as new stock.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will only be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
