We, Qrank Pty Ltd ("the Retailer"), are the reseller of the products listed for sale on Ksource.com.au .

The Retailer may use one or more suppliers ("the Supplier") to fulfill your order.

Should you have any concerns about the shipment or delivery of your order please contact us first and allow us to initiate a quick check of where your item is. 95% of all concerns can be addressed this way. Some concerns are more complex and may take a little longer. 

Combined Shipping Charges

We do not combine postage at this time. 

Australia

Products on this website have a flat rate charge for Australia-wide delivery.

New Zealand

Products on this website have a standard international flat rate charge for New Zealand. International express post may be used at our discretion.

Rest of the World

Products on this website have a standard international flat rate charge for the rest of the world. International express post may be used at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

KSOURCE products are shipped direct from the Australian warehouse.

We work extremely hard to ship your order on the first business day after receiving your order. On occasions, where this is not possible and there may be a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you.

Australian public holidays may or may not be national holidays. At peak periods, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please order early and be patient. We will do everything we can but we are reliant of the performance of the shipping carriers.

We may shut for short periods, such as Christmas/New Year, and when undertaking stocktakes. If your item is delayed we will contact you to seek your instructions as to whether you are happy to wait, may wish to substitute, or even receive a full refund.

Orders that are too heavy or too large for AusPost require courier delivery. Couriers typically require an extra day for booking and scheduling of the pickup. Couriers cannot deliver to AusPost Post Boxes, for these orders we will require a physical address.

All items shipped by The Retailer have tracking.

Collection is available from our warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria, Australia.

Import Custom Duties and Fees

The onus lies with you, the Purchaser, to ensure all import requirements are fully met for the delivery destination you have provided. Should any Customs charges and/or Import duties be incurred and be payable prior to receipt of your item, payment of these charges is solely your responsibility.
